I was a hairdresser for 33 years. I have two wonderful girls. They are both finished school and paying their own way. Life is really good. Now I am going on a great adventure. My husband Steve is making this happen. He suggested and pushed me to do something wonderful. This will be at a great inconvenience to him. He said,"Seven months is nothing at this stage of our lives." So I start my delicious adventure in NYC at the French culinary institute. I will be enrolled in their Italian program. Two and a half months in NY and four and a half months in Italy. My adventure begins.
